What will work for my situation?

  •     I have been practising in this field for more than twenty years, we will discuss your situation and decide upon a course of action after an initial assessment of 1 hour 30 minutes.

How long will it take?

  •    Each session will take 55 minutes, the number of sessions needed depends upon the circumstances of your requirements for the process to be completed.

Can I have a referral?

  •     I  carry out one-off assessments and referrals to other clinicians, doctors and psychiatrists if you are unable to see me on a regular or long term basis.

What is your policy on confidentiality?

  •     I follow the code of ethics and practice in line with the BACP and UKCP.

Payment queries?

How much will it cost?

  • Payment is per session, the number of these will be decided at the point that a course of action is agreed after the initial assessment.

When is payment for a session due?

  • Payment is immediately due following an email presented invoice listing the number of sessions on the last working day of the month.

How can I pay?

  • Cash, cheque, bank transfer (BACS, CHAPS or SWIFT). Payment should be in Sterling (GBP).

Do you accept insurance?

  • Yes – I do take most insurance companies.

What is your cancellation/re-scheduling policy?

  •  I have a strict two full working days cancellation policy, which includes weekends and holidays.
  •  If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be expected to pay for any missed visits.
